How do I become a new patient?
Becoming a new patient is easy. Simply give us a call to make an appointment! Both Dr. Barsness and Dr. Roghair are accepting new patients at this time. What insurance companies are Falls Family Eye Care providers for? Most major medical plans such as, Health Partners, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Medica, Medicare, WEA, And the vision plans VSP and NVA. (Please call for a full list of accepted insurances) We do not accept state insurances such as Forward Health, BadgerCare, Medicaid, Davis Vision, or Superior Vision. What are your hours? Check out our hours on our home page. They are kept up to date on google as well. How do I schedule a Visual Efficiency Exam for myself or my child? The first step is to schedule a routine appointment with Dr. Barsness. She will provide a comprehensive eye exam and discuss the results with you. If she feels you or your child would benefit from Vision Therapy, she will work with you to schedule an appointment for the Visual Efficiency exam. Give us a call, text, or shoot us an email, and we will be happy to schedule an appointment with you, or answer any questions you may have. How far in advance do I need to call for an appointment? Do you have same day appointments? Sometimes we can same day appointments for emergencies or if the doctors are available. However, we are a busy clinic and appointments fill up fast, so we do recommend to call at least month or two ahead of your desired time. Do you provide medical emergency appointments? Yes, we do. We try to be as accommodating as possible when you are dealing with an eye concern. Please give us a call and we will try to work you in the same day if a Doctor is available.
